For the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR), I directed the Institut for Legal Intervention. I developed its work on colonial crimes and its concept of legal intervention. In the context of international criminal law, I contributed to the effective prosecution of sexualized violence as crime against humanity in Germany. With Wolfgang Kaleck, I edited the book Decolonial Legal Criticism and Practice and curated a symposium at the Akademie der Künste.

I taught Decolonial Legal Theory at Bucerius Law School and International Law at Alice-Salomon-Hochschule.

Before that, I directed the Humboldt Law Clinic for Fundamental and Human Rights. taught international law and constitutional rights, was in close exchange with Berlin NGOs and associations and supervised students' final theses. At the Chair of Public Law and Gender Studies of Prof. Dr. Susanne Baer, I worked on feminist legal theory and gender equality.

In addition to the State Examination in Law , I have an MA in Interdisciplinary Latin American Studies. I was the founder, publisher, and editor of the bilingual literary magazine alba.lateinamerika lesen, regularly translate poetry from Spanish into German and participate in conversations on law & literature .
